This service is not provided by Banco Santander, S.A. or any of its subsidiaries or divisions, but by independent external providers (the “Providers”) selected for their specialization and professional background.}
_{The request or use of any introduction, recommendation, or list of Providers implies the express acceptance of the following terms and conditions:}

_{Santander Private Banking acts solely as a facilitator between the client and the Providers.}
_{It does not act, nor should it be understood to act, as an agent, intermediary, representative, guarantor, or surety of either the client or the Providers. Santander does not recommend, advise, supervise, guarantee, or endorse the services or products offered by the Providers (the “Services”), nor does it perform due diligence, suitability checks, or quality control over them.}
_{2. Client Responsibility}
_{The contracting, use, and enjoyment of the Services are the exclusive responsibility of the client, who must assess their suitability and review directly with the Provider the applicable terms, conditions, fees, cancellation policies, and other provisions.}
_{Santander assumes no responsibility for the quality, availability, performance, execution, or outcome of the Services contracted, nor for any losses, damages, or expenses that may arise, directly or indirectly, from their use.}
_3._{Independence of Providers}
_{Providers are not agents, representatives, or subcontractors of Santander, nor do they act on its behalf or under its authority. Any legal, contractual, or commercial relationship is established solely between the client and the Provider and shall be governed by the agreements entered into between them.}
_4._{Information and Communications}
_{All information, documentation, or communication related to the Services must be handled directly with the Provider. Santander will not record, store, or reflect information related to the Altura Services in its systems, client records, or platforms.}
₅_._{Modification or Termination of the Service}
_{Santander may, at any time and without prior notice, add, substitute, or remove Providers, as well as modify, suspend, or cancel, in whole or in part, the Altura Services.}
_{6. Confidentiality and Data Protection}
_{By requesting an introduction or contact with a Provider, the client expressly authorizes Santander to share their basic contact information (name, phone number, email address, and country of residence) with said Provider, solely to facilitate the requested Service and in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.}
_{7. Business Relationships}
_{Santander may maintain partnerships or commercial agreements with certain Providers, which does not imply any recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee. The client is not a beneficiary of such relationships unless the Provider expressly communicates preferential conditions derived from its association with Santander.}
_{8. Limitation of Liability}
_{Santander does not assume any duty of supervision, control, or monitoring regarding the Services offered by the Providers and offers no warranties, express or implied, about them. The client agrees to release and hold Santander harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense that may arise, directly or indirectly, from their relationship with the Providers or from the use of the Services.}
_{The use of the Altura Services implies full and unconditional acceptance of this Legal Notice and any additional provisions that may be communicated by Santander Private Banking or the participating Providers.}
